The reported mole fractions of oxides in the ash were calculated incorrectly from the elemental composition, resulting in significant errors in the sticking probability. These errors are corrected in this erratum, and the corrected sticking probabilities are provided.
A calculation error was discovered that affected the calculation of viscosity, and thus, the sticking probability reported in the original paper [1]. The viscosity model outlined in Ref. [2] requires the mole fraction of various oxides in the ash (SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, etc.) as inputs. At the time of publishing, the weight percent of individual elements (Si, Al, Ca, etc.) was available, as measured by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The elemental weight percent data were converted to oxide mole fractions for the viscosity and sticking probability calculations.
