The vital measurement system development of wearable healthcare is an important study. The portable vital measurement system is based on wearable system implemented by integrating fabric electrodes, signal processing techniques, and wireless communication. Especially the electrocardiogram (ECG) measurement from wearable system for moving is a difficult problem, because ECG signal is contaminated by several kinds of noises such as power interference, electromyography noise, and baseline wander [1]. To overcome these problems, many methods have been proposed in many literatures. The most frequently used algorithm is active noise cancelation (ANC) which is obtaining the desired signal by subtracting the estimated undesired noise [2–5].
