NDE is covered in each ICP BoK in four separate areas: the core inservice API code itself; the construction ‘application’ code; ASME V; and API RP 577. These complement each other to complete the full picture. The split is well defined and follows the same pattern in all three BoKs (Table 11.1 shows an example from API 510 ICP).
