The gaps were identified by the following 9 panelists: Graham Feld (Shell), Ramsay Fraser (BP), John Kent (Worley), Oliver Jones (BP), Frank Puskar (Consultant), Donald Smith (Eni), Jens Tronskar (DNV), John Wintle (Consultant) and Adel Younan (ExxonMobil). Additional input on the gaps was provided by the other participants in the conference. This section presents the key issues that were identified and their associated gaps
