In this chapter, we present three practical applications for which we investigate SISO Youla control development using hand computation, SISO H∞ control design, and finally, Youla loop-shaping control technique using internal model control (IMC). These applications include yaw stability control (YSC) development using active limited slip differential (ALSD), anti-lock braking system (ABS) control development using electric motors, and vehicle side-slip estimation using Youla controlled output observer and we compare the results with both LKF and non-LKF methods.
