After having worked with individuals and projects from each continent, well not Antarctica yet, it would seem practical to share some further experiences and perspectives that have helped learn personal growth lessons. At the end of every project the lessons learned is a key document, which will help reduce struggles for each project manager in the company on future projects. Many of these examples are related to relationships more than just the core scope, schedule and budget, but this is frequently where project managers need the most work.
