The intent of this chapter is to reveal character traits for successful project managers, not to discourage anyone from becoming involved in international projects. Each and every reader should be able to review, at some level, their own personal preparation and find areas upon which they can improve. Project managers from six months experience to forty years’ experience should be able to extract useful lessons from these stories.
