In this chapter we will consider a two-phase flow, namely CO2 bubbles in gas phase flowing upwards in a stationary glass of beer which is in liquid phase. Let us assume that the rising bubble is a rigid sphere and its upward motion is governed by three forces, the upward buoyancy force, downward gravity (bubble weight), and drag forces.
