Most reports in the literature about flow boiling heat transferring experiment in straight, cross section unchanged, micro-channel present unsteady different pattern alternating flow. To avoid this phenomenon above, the micro-channel transect changed, depth is 0.5mm and width changed from 0.5mm[10mm long] to lmm[20mm long], was applied in the experiment below. Thus cavitation effect was included in the flow boiling process. The experiment results present boiling began in the place channel width changed, and stable flow boiling process was maintained. When heat power grew up the boiling became strong then the pressure drop between inlet and outlet increase and the heat transfer was enhanced. This experiment was carried out with R-134a in horizontal copper micro-channel and fluid was drove by gear pump, rotation rate was constant.
