In this paper, established mathematical model based on the analysis of room heat balance equation combined with thermal comfort index, used MATLAB programming to solve the models of capillary radiation air-conditioned room and traditional air-conditioned room. Work out the thermal comfort index under in different indoor temperatures and relative humidity of winter and summer. Compared with traditional air-conditioned rooms, came to the conclusion that indoor calculated temperature of rooms which with capillary radiation air-conditioning system is lower about 2°C when heating in winter and is higher about 2°C when cooling in summer than traditional air-conditioned room. This can provide theoretical basis for spread of capillary radiation air-conditioning system.
