A kind of optimizing control strategy of small-scale wind turbine is proposed. Blades were designed based on the characteristic of the 300W∕24V Permanent-magnet Generator, and controller was designed according to the matching property of blade and generator mainly to separation between the controller designing and matching characteristic of the blade and generator. Finally, the feasibility of the optimizing control strategy provided in this paper is proved by the experiment.
