With the development of the Network information technology and the increasing emphasis from enterprises on return logistics, the reverse logistics under e-commerce platform has gradually developed and become mature. From the necessity of the reverse logistics under e-commerce environment, the paper analyzed the three modes, including the recovery system self-built by producers, the recovery system established by online merchants and the third-party reverse logistics. Through establishing the return price models, the paper provided the optimal return price strategies and set the reasonable return policy.
