58 Machine Learning to Judge Labor Relations' Harmoniousness Based on Decision Tree-Based Method

In this paper, the variables of the collective contract condition between the employees and employers are designed with an index system to judge the labor relations harmonious or not. All of the variables are cut by the decision tree-based method through the Weka software. All the variables are from the both sides of Labor Relations. This method can give a complement judgment for Labor Relations' Harmoniousness. Decision Tree-based method is a very important tool to judge the harmony of Labor Relations.
