The Test Paper strategy is an artificial intelligence problem that has plagued people for many years, it is a typical optimization problem with multiple constraints. The goal of the computer intelligence test paper is to set the optimal papers based on the parameters required by the users. Due to the characters of genetic algorithm, such as its global genetic algorithm search, random, better encoding and a high degree of parallelism, it is very conducive to solve thus problems. So based on the algorithm, this article focuses on the design of the test paper's chromosome coding, fitness function and genetic operators. Through the experiment, the design approaches turn out to be practical and effective.
