By analyzing supply chain partner (SCP) evaluation and selection methods, a comprehensive weighting method (CWM) is proposed to combine Delphi and Entropy, and the concept of dynamic index set (DIS). DIS is based on evaluation system and the demand side. Besides, the steps of SCP optimization based on DIS are described. Consequently, by systematically elaborating the SCP optimization methods, a SCP optimization model based on CWM and DIS is created.
