A full digital DC speed control system based on DSP is investigated theoretically and experimentally, which uses IGBT to compose H-PWM conversion that is realized by TMS320LF2407A controller. Its feature is that the hardware such as an analog trigger, the current regulator, speed regulator and the logic switch and so on is replaced by DSP. Meanwhile, the hardware and software of the system is designed. On the base of theoretical analyses, an experimental system is setup and finally the experimental results is given.
