When we use two-dimensional map to describe the city's geographic information, all various information are converted to the plane through the projection, only a few abstract symbols and cartographic note can be used to envisage the real world who described [1]. However, the environment we lived is a three-dimensional space [2]. With the rapid development of technology and science, in order to understand the earth better and achieve the harmonious development of man and nature, it is necessary to reconstruct the 3D space in the computer. This paper tries to combine the plug-ins technology of 3ds Max and the principle of oblique photography, aims to realize the 3D modeling of buildings more expediently and effectively.
