This paper emphasis have researched the properties and microstructure of TiO2/Triethanolamine nano particles electrorheological fluid, it is found that modifier was effective method to raise the properties and to improve microstructure, the properties were increased with electric field strength, The microstructure of TiO2/TEA Electrorheological fluids can be seen that the particles aggregated to form thicker and dense column structure modified with TEA under DC electric field, and the column become thicker and more than TiO2 particle.
