After briefly introducing the honing plane processing on the basis of principles through experiments establish their mathematical models, and then use MATLAB tools for system analysis and the frequency domain and time-domain analysis. Based on the actual processing, the need for overshoot control, but the system does not meet the original requirements. Using fuzzy control strategy for the calibration of the system, Simulation results show that fully meet the system's overshoot and the rapid transfer of claims.
