The windowed interpolation FFT algorithm is the common method to reduce spectral leakage and picket fence effect. To reduce calculation complex and improve accuracy, an interpolation FFT algorithm for harmonic analysis based on maximum side lobe decay cosine windows was proposed in this paper. The explicit interpolation coefficients formula of the algorithm was derived, and then the estimation formulas of frequency, amplitude and phase of harmonics were obtained. Simulation results verified the performance of the proposed algorithm.
