Based on mesh motion of machine tool and characteristics of tooth profile of involute internal helical gear, so gaining mathematic model of straight profiled internal helical gear and external gear meshing on this basis, builded and analyzed. Loading conditions of internal helical gear, build model of Internal gear tooth profile error caused by the deformation the base of milling mesh process of machine tool, which provides theory for involute outline internal helical gearing machine tool design and improvement.
