Marine ships' intake system often needs to filter salt which exists in the form of aerosol. It's an important basis to evaluate the performance of purification and separation devices by measuring the content of atmospheric salt aerosol in the inlet of the marine gas turbine. Method of three-dimensional steady numerical simulation is applied in this paper to simulate the intake system of a ship. During the simulation process, coarse particles in the dispersion phase are included in calculation and filter and muffler structure of the resistance effect are also considered. Through the analysis of the flow field in front of gas turbine inlet, the sampling point number of the actual vessel and its location can be determined. It provides basis for the measurement of a practical ship.
