In view of the complexity of the evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprise and the incompatibility of evaluation results of individual evaluation index. Based on the analysis of its connotation and driving factors, the paper establishes the index system of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprise, on the basis of which, the paper determines the membership degree of index according to the triangular fuzzy function and benchmarking management thoughts and establishes the comprehensive evaluation model based on the benchmarking to work out the comprehensive evaluation result of energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power enterprise.
