Considering that traditional corn seeder cannot realize large-scale seed casting or interplant efficiently at low cost, apply continuous and automatic seed casting technology, of which the lean-inserting digging is stationary relative to ground. This method minimize the disturbance of soil and its moisture; new built-in open dipper-like separation mechanism solve the seed-cutting problem with high efficiency in seed separation, which contributes to the seed sprouting with efficient seed casting , realizing the goal of maximizing efficiency and minimizing cost; Based on kinematic simulation results from ADAMS exert optimum design of key mechanism.
