144 Integrative Decision Making of Transmission Network Expansion Planning Based on Topsis

The key point to integrative decision making of transmission network expansion planning is selecting a scheme considering objective information and subjective preferences of the decision maker. In this paper, a superior selection method is proposed, which could avoid the drawbacks of subjective weighting approach ignoring objective information and objective weighting approach ignoring subjective preferences. It applied TOPSIS method to build the integrate decision models by constructing the weighed standardized decision matrix of the scheme attribute, depicting the distance to the ideal positive and negative solutions in each scheme and including the relative closing attribute as the criteria. The simulation analysis demonstrated that the TOPSIS method is adaptive to the integrative decision making of the transmission network expansion planning and is worth expanding.
