A learning management system (LMS) is a software application or Web-based technology used to plan, implement, and assess a specific learning process. In china, there is not sufficient money to pay for commercial software for some schools. That is why most of them use the Moodle and edu2.0. This paper creates a comparative analysis of the two LMSs.
