During repair and maintenance work of three wheeler vehicle, the front fender is used to lift the vehicle. As this fender is not designed to take the load there is need to predict the structural strength of fender. In this paper, the stresses developed in the fender are analyzed by Finite Element Analysis and experimental methods.
