The auto-generation of stimulation waveform can reduce the manual errors introduced in the process of the technology parameter extraction. So how to automatically generate the correct, concise and complete stimulation waveform is the key of the technology parameter extraction. An auto-generation algorithm of stimulation waveform for sequential cell circuit functional verification is proposed. In the algorithm, state transition diagram can be generated according to the performance function of the sequence cell circuit, and then stimulation waveform can be generated according to all the nodes and all the edges in the traversing state transition diagram.
