through the in-depth study on the existing sequence alignment technologies, based on the implementation idea of the dynamic programming algorithm, this paper presents an improved dynamic programming sequence alignment algorithm. This algorithm improves the implementation details of the calculation under the premise of maintaining the sensitivity of the basic dynamic programming algorithm, eliminates the need for backdating to solve, which greatly reduces the time complexity, improves the efficiency of the algorithm.
