Wireless communication systems are making their way to our daily use, they have found a way to a lot of daily needs and uses; they also have gone into many aspects of human life. One of these systems is Bluetooth which satisfies certain criteria for the user and also delivers certain services. This study aims to lower the value of Bluetooth packet's signaling overhead and evaluates the impact on on-body communication system. The results show that the value of signaling overhead can be lowered for different packet types in giving up three parts in the packet which are the trailer that is in the access code, the ARQN in the packet header and the reserved part in the payload.
