Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) has the advantages of far distance, tremendous high angular, high accuracy, and it is widely used in geodesy, deep space exploration. Usually spacecraft transmits high frequency sinewave Differential One-way Ranging (DOR) tones to provide the best precision. This paper presented an algorithm of DOR tone processing. It is based on cross correlation and adopts gradual frequency estimation. The algorithm can reduce computation burden and decrease error source induced by traditional local correlation method. Simulation experimental results show effectiveness of the algorithm, and it will play an important role in real-time navigation in deep space exploration project.
