Based on Motivation Theory,Human Capital Theory and Social Capital Theory,the paper analyzes the factors of Cadres' competitiveness formation in competitive selection, from the perspective of systems theory;deeply discusses the relationships between them.We have established a cadres' competitiveness formation dynamic system model ,which contains external motivation subsystem, cadres' human capital development subsystem and social capital integration subsystem.The purpose of the oretical model is to provide a reference for the cadres to enhance thire competitiveness and reserve forces of competition in competitive selection.
