In order to implement development of high quality, code reuse is the most effective way. The best way to implement this conception — write once and reuse for all is to design reuse framework. As for how to design reuse framework, from the design of profile architecture to practical one, this paper continuously distinguishes invariant parts from variant parts and finally induces component library, interface and design conception that can be reused so as to make this framework possess five features: modularity, reusability, scalability, simplicity and maintainability.
