In order to remedy the deficiency of the previous dill rig performance testing system in analyzing the data, loading the Dynamometer, generating the test report, a new method of testing system design is presented in this paper. Data acquisition, displaying, saving, analyzing, printing, and uncertainty calculating are realized. The Dynamometer operation loading and unloading is taken over by the upper-computer. The read-only testing report is generated at last. Actual running shows that the system has prominent advantages of high measurement precision, powerful data analyzing, easy expending and transmitting.
