In view of the existing software outsourcing industry talent training scheme's limitation, this article analyzes three stage value proportion in the value chain of software outsourcing service process and absorbs the India advanced and successful experience. A series of solution, such as establishing the sustainable development training mechanism and system, optimizing the software service outsourcing curriculum, is therefore presented, which provide probable solution for software service outsourcing talents training scheme.
