Web control is to encapsulate HTML control conducted by microsoft to improve the development usability of ASP.NET. Such an encapsulation leads ASP.NET to be worse than other websites in art flexibility and site performance. Therefore, this article advocates to apply HTML control except that web control should be applied in the case of needing to trigger database alternative events. Besides, concrete measures are put forward in the aspects of form, sheet and diverse sheets, making its development usability unaffectable, its art diversity implemented and the performance of the entire website improved effectively, after web control is replaced by html control.
