The paper proposes the design idea and realization process of CRM system based on integrated financial points in auto 4S shop, analyses the system architecture and main processes, definition and relation of every module, and then introduces database design. This CRM system with integrated points builds up core standard by a number of points including present profit points and historical profit points, present consumption points and historical consumption points. It makes customer behavior converting to the decision basis for enterprises' marketing and financial strategy become possible.This system's stable and reliable running makes customer maintenance and management more effective, enterprise more competitive.
