Based on the practical problems we saw that bandwidth limitation of a network link can introduce problems in maintaining adjacency between routers. From the network management point of view, investigating that the link really has a problem is a time consuming process for the network operation center team. Thus, a new model of sending routing protocol advertisements and updates was developed to avoid these kinds of problems. Although the link load is greater, the modern link capacities can accommodate this load and the network stability can benefit from the constant adjacency that is maintained between routers.
