Fuzzy Logic (FL) is a multi-valued logic, that allows intermediate values to be defined between conventional evaluations like true/false, yes/no, 0/1 etc. Fuzzy based decision making process that uses rules based on decision maker’s experience is applied to automate decision making system. The implementation of vendor system using fuzzy logic technology has the capability of mimicking human intelligence for choosing the best vendor when buying notebook computer on the online. As the system is implemented for a notebook computer buyer, the basic criteria typically utilized for this purpose are the capacity of CPU, memory (RAM), hard disk (HDD), price (Kyat) and warranty duration of a notebook computer. The buyer establishes a set of evaluation criteria that can be used to compare potential sources when a vendor is selected via web page on the browser. This system can be produced the suitable vendor. This system is implemented by C#.net programming language.
