The paper describes a system FLOP, which is an open platform for evaluating software fault localization (CBFL) techniques. FLOP is a Web-based system that provides the infrastructure and benchmark dataset for online designing, implementing, and evaluating of CBFL techniques. With the system, users can design a CBFL technique from an existing template, evaluate it using common benchmark dataset, and conduct comparison with the peers to determine the outstanding in practice, without caring about the complexity of the underlying framework. The system is useful for researchers and engineers to propose, evaluate, and optimize CBFL techniques, thus valuable to improve the state of art of software fault localization in both academic researches and industrial activities.
