Grid technologies provide powerful computing and resolve complex issues for science and engineering. Grid computing is regarded as a mainstream of distributed platform. However, node accessibility in grid computing varies with time. An idle node may be occupied in next second and unable to provide resources. In present study, we proposed load balancing policies in the grid environment, Load Balance Round Robin Change (LBRRC) and Load Balance PE Fitness (LBPEF). LBRRC improved the shortcoming of Round Robin algorithm. LBPEF dispatch the most fit of grid resource. This work minimized the makespan of jobs and improved the effect and efficiency of the entire system.
