Blowing the submarine main ballast tank using high pressure air is one of the important maneuver measure of underwater dynamic unti-sinking, and it is also the important to damaged submarine emergency surfacing maneuver. But during the blowing submarine main ballast tank, there is little theory study and calculating to the movement form and stance of submarine. So when blowing main ballast tank, people always control submarine by experiences and it brings great hidden trouble to submarine safety. The paper is based on the model of blowing off of high pressure air, through lots of calculating of submarine state parameters by compute simulation, then attains the best maneuver measures of different conditions. At last, we may achieve conclusions by analyzing different maneuver measures.
