Designing modern circuits, engineers find that circuits become very big and interconnect delays are dominant. Therefore, large-scale circuit simulation considering interconnects becomes important. This paper uses relaxation-based circuit simulation algorithm (ITA), and transmission line model to cope this problem. Moreover, this paper introduces parallel computing to fasten the simulations. All proposed methods have been implemented to justify effects.
