Article based on soft-switch technology designed a 5KW switch power supply control scheme the input is AC 220V and the output is DC 48V, used the zero-voltage zero-current switching PWM full-bridge converter topology as the circuit, calculated the parameter of the main circuit switching power and selected key components, analyzed the soft switching power supply control system, given out the control system design concept and the related flow chart, used SKHl22A as the control drive circuit of IGBT module, and the simulation results verified the correctness of the design scheme.
