The paper firstly analyzed talent structure of software enterprises in our country, pointed out the trend in demand of most enterprises for talent, and from the point of talent’s development analyzed talent cultivation aim of software engineering specialty. Secondly, it introduced CDIO engineering educational philosophy’s content and characters in brief, and proposed reformation and practice of Talent cultivation system based on this philosophy.
