Laser Engraving Machine is always required to be started and stopped frequently, position fast and accurately. The design of numerical control device with a high-speed movement can achieve this goal. It is based on the PC and DSP generation control system, which combines the vibration mirror motor with stepper motor effectively to form a five-axis servo drive system. This system can meet the requirements of controlling of the motion axis with high-speed and high-precision. This article describes the composition of the laser engraving system, working principle and the implementation of the various parts of the interface.
