24 Analysis on Project Management of Enterprise Information System

The theory of project management is first briefly introduced in this paper, then the differences between the information system project and the general project is first analysised, the wrong regions in the current information system project management are pointed out, several principles of information systems project management are put forward, and the enormous role of the introduction of project management during the construction of information systems is illustrated.
