In this paper, based on the theory of seismic sedimentology, isochronal reference layer is selected in sdmiddle sub-member of H area, to establish proper strata slices, and pick up the seismic attributes of various strata slices. Based on fine calibration between sandstone in wells and plane seismic attributes, multiple attributes of plane strata slices are analyzed to gain the distribution map of sedimentary facies in plane. The distribution of sedimentary facies is proven by the subsequent drilling wells, which proves that seismic sedimentology is a powerful tool to study sedimentary facies and predict favorable accumulation targets when applicable.
