Based on media richness theory and knowledge base theory, this article puts forward that Media richness plays the adjustment function in knowledge tacit, specificity and complexity which has the influence to knowledge transfer. ERP system is a integration of advanced information technology and management ideology, the user can proceed data mining and deep analysis through it , From conditions of analyzing the effective operation of the performance management, we discuss the deficiencies of ERP supporting to performance management system, and furtherly put forward to the optimization direction of ERP human resource management system, thus to really improve knowledge transfer performance.
