Road traffic accidents have become the chief factor harming China public security. In order to reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents and provide a decision basis for road safety management, this paper takes traffic accident records of some city as samples and uses association rules analysis based on WEKA to show the influence of accident factors to accident reason. The mined rules may provide a method for the departments concerned to analyze the occurrence regularity of road traffic accidents.
